We are thrilled to announce that DOC2US, Malaysia’s first and largest digital health provider has achieved another incredible milestone - crossing the 2 million mark in digitally signed & issued electronic prescriptions! 🎉
Since our inception in 2015, we have been at the forefront of digital health, and our Electronic Prescribing System (EPS) has set the standard for safe, secure, and efficient healthcare services in compliance with the Digital Signature Act 1997. Today, we proudly stand as Malaysia's first and largest digital health provider, connecting healthcare providers and patients seamlessly.
Here are some highlights of our journey:
Exceptional Growth: From our humble beginnings in 2017, where we started with 495 e-prescriptions, we have experienced remarkable growth, especially navigating the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic in 2019 and the onset of MCO in 2020.
Corporate Reach: We have extended our digital dispensing services to nearly 2000 corporate clients, serving more than 1,500 authorized partner pharmacy outlets. One in every three pharmacy outlets across Malaysia is currently adopting DOC2US' innovative digital solution.
National Impact: With over 3000 pharmacy outlets nationwide, we have positively impacted the lives of more than a million Malaysians through our Electronic Prescribing System (EPS).
Strategic Partnerships: Our success is a testament to the strong partnerships we've cultivated, including collaborations with AIA Malaysia, MiCare, Agmo Holdings, Microsoft, and MSC TrustGate. Seamless integration with the MyAIA App and MiCare MyMed App has further enhanced the accessibility of our services.
Telemedicine Advocacy: The demand for integrated, responsive, and comprehensive healthcare has never been more critical. E-prescriptions have played a pivotal role in bridging the gap between healthcare providers and patients. As a pioneer in issuing and using valid digitally signed e-prescriptions, DOC2US continues to lead the way in digital health adoption.
Educational Impact: Our commitment to advancing healthcare extends to education through our Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International Medical University (IMU). We are proud to be an industrial collaborator for IMU's digital health studies program, contributing to the development of tech-savvy and IT-literate medical professionals.
