  1. I’m interested in the Prime Care Plan! What should I do to access all the services?
    You may click on the “Sign Up Now” button in the top banner and fill up the form accordingly. Our medical team will contact you shortly for further explanation and assessment.
     
  2. What medication can I order under Prime Care Plan?
    Currently we only cover amlodipine 5mg and 10mg tablets (brand: Amlibon® and Hovasc®) under this plan. Rest assured that we are working hard to cover more medications in the future!
     
  3. I’m an existing DOC2US® user. Can I access the plan using my existing DOC2US® account?
    Yes. You may talk to our doctors and request for Prime Care Plan and our doctors will guide you through the process
     
  4. What if there is a change in my prescription (quantity, dose or frequency) of the medication?
    The subscription service agreement you have signed previously will be voided and a new agreement will be undertaken. In such event, the paid subscription will be carried forward with top up of fee if applicable. However, no refund will be made if the new subscription fee is lower. 
     
  5. Is this service legal?
    Currently there is no proper legal framework governing telemedicine services. With that being said, DOC2US® is the first and only telemedicine provider in Malaysia which is approved by the Ministry of Health Malaysia to provide digitally signed electronic prescribing services.
     
  6. Is the delivery fee included in this plan?
    Yes. Delivery fee is inclusive of the subscription plan.
     
  7. Is there any way I can collect my medication apart from doorstep delivery?
    Yes. You may choose to collect your medications from any of our partnered Alpro pharmacy outlets in Malaysia by simply scanning the QR code of your electronic prescription.

Subscription Agreement

Subscription Terms

  1. Below are the inclusion items for the subscriptions :

    • Medication prescribed for duration of twelve (12) months
    • Unlimited free virtual consultation services
    • 2x free home visit per year by nurses for review of general condition
    • 1x free annual basic blood screening package
    • Goal achievement reward(s) – tiered rebates

  2. Below are the exclusion items for the subscriptions :

    • Delivery fee of medication (if applicable)
    • Physical clinic visit for other reasons eg: acute minor ailment

  3. Exit clause :

    • Subscription fee is not refundable in the event of termination by subscriber
    • If there will be a change of medication (dosing or type) either by subscriber’s request or
    • prescriber’s decision for health benefits, this contract will be void and a new agreement
    • will be undertaken. In such event, the paid subscription will be carried forward with top up
    • of fee if applicable. However, no refund will be made if the new subscription fee is lower.
