Now live and deployed through a leading insurer-integrated health platform, this innovation allows patients to consult certified doctors online, receive electronic prescriptions, and when medically appropriate be referred virtually and securely to the right care setting based on clinical need.

Every virtual consult begins with a structured digital triage, allowing doctors to assess the clinical severity and direct patients accordingly:

• If manageable via telehealth: Doctors issue e-prescriptions, and medications are delivered via DOC2US’ nationwide pharmacy network.
• If in-person care is required: Patients are digitally referred to the appropriate panel clinic, specialist, medical centres or hospital, with instant e-GL issuance when applicable.
