Our Recruitment Process

Estimated timelines for the steps in our usual recruitment process are:

• Online Sign up: Up to 1 week
• Shortlisting: 1 Week
• Interviews: 2 Weeks
• Approval : 2 Weeks

Total of approximately 6 weeks.

How to Apply

Application:

• Online sign up here
• Fill up all required fields in the online application form
• You will be notified by email and text messages via SMS/Whasapp/Messenger post

Shortlisting:

• Screening anf verification of application performed
• Upon verified you will be notified via email and text messages
• Medical Team will review your application
• The Recruitment Team will schedule an interview with you via video conferencing

Interviews:

• Medical Team will conduct a short interview with candidate
• duration: 5-10 minutes

Approval:

You will be notified and granted approval to practice as our healthcare provider within the platform. More detailed information will be sent to you shortly

Healthcare Providers Verification Process

The verification of doctors and other healthcare providers on DOC2US serves to safeguard users/patients by ensuring our healthcare providers are legally registered to local medical council with updated valid and relevant practicing certificates and qualifications to practice as healthcare professionals. All healthcare providers are required to go through a thorough verification process before being approved to provide services to the users.

Malaysia

Medical Registration with the Malaysia Medical Council (MMC)

All doctors MUST BE registered with the Malaysia Medical Council (MMC), show proof of valid practising certificates issued by MMC before being formally granted approval to practise at DOC2US.

Verification Processes

1. Prospective Healthcare Provider candidate will have to complete the online Sign-up Application Form
2. The preliminary application will be reviewed and followed-up by the Recruitment Team
3. The Recruitment Team will check and verify on the credential and valid registration with local relevant authorities and medical council
4. Upon completion of initial screening prospective candidate will be scheduled to undergo an interview process
5. The completed application will be reviewed and verified by the appointed Medical Director
6. Verified healthcare provider will be granted approval to provide services via DOC2US platform

E-Prescription

Electronic Prescription or E-Prescription is the app-based electronic generation, transmission and filling of a medical prescription, replacing paper and faxed prescriptions. E-prescription allows a doctors and pharmacists to communicate electronically on prescription or drugs related issues. It outlines the ability to send error-free, accurate, and understandable prescriptions electronically from the doctor to the pharmacy. It is meant to reduce the risks associated with traditional prescription script writing such as prescribing or dispensing errors.
